The small elevator is a real hassle with heavy luggage, not to mention the lack of coat pegs or shoe racks in the rooms could really enhance comfort!!!

the shower was barely lukewarm and broken, can you believe? absolutely shocking service when i had to run around in a towel. i expected better treatment after that ordeal, but i guess that's too much to ask. had to sit on the bed for room service because there were zero chairs. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Our stay was magical, especially with the fantastic sea view from our room. The quick lift service made exploring Sorrento super easy. We also enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, and the kids loved having the pets with us, adding to the family vibe.

My kids wished for more fun activities nearby.

the shower was a bit tricky (not hot enough sometimes). but the views of the harbor were just stunning! breakfast on the terrace was a highlight with endless pastries and juices! loved the spacious room and lovely staff!

I enjoyed the beautiful patio leading up to the house. The terrace offered a view of the bay and was a great spot for breakfast. The staff helped us with an earlier breakfast, which made our plans easier. It was nice to have access to the port and city center. Perfect for an anniversary celebration, which we celebrated as a couple.

The shower had some issues, and the room was smaller than expected.

Just wow! The terrace was my fave spot, perfect for enjoying breakfast while soaking in those killer harbor views. The homemade pastries were delightful! Although the shower was a bit temperamental, the staff were super friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.

The gardens and terrace were elegantly adorned, creating a serene oasis reminiscent of a charming Italian film set, while the golf cart service provided a lovely ease of access, making every adventure feel like a leisurely stroll.

More seating options in public areas would be lovely.

Breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious homemade doughnuts and a variety of European delights. the shower’s temperature was inconsistent and the room lacked a bit of seating comfort, making relaxation a challenge. while the property is lovely, it could benefit from more public seating areas for enjoying the scenery.

Just a smart choice for a date night in Sorrento with good value considering price it charged. The terrace was perfect for breakfast with amazing views. Bring your own toiletries just in case, as supplies may be limited.
